Application Software<\/h3>\n

Application software is software designed to carry out a task on the computer that isn’t related to the operating system itself and is usually end-user orientated software. For most user it is the reason they will have bought the device in the first place.<\/p>\n

Application software usually doesn’t come pre-installed on the device and needs to be downloaded and install separately (as couple of notable exceptions are Apple’s Safari browser and Microsoft Paint!)<\/p>\n\n<\/div>
